rr888 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules

1Introduction

Welcome to rr888. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rr888 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). rr888 is an online gaming platform that offers Casino Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games, Sports Betting and a VIP rewards programme to players in Pakistan.

These Terms apply to all activity conducted through the rr888 platform including but not limited to account registration, deposits in PKR, withdrawals, participation in Sports Betting markets covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, use of Casino products and participation in the VIP programme.

By accessing or using any part of the rr888 platform — whether via desktop browser or mobile browser — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. 2Eligibility

To register and use rr888 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rr888 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register or participate in any form.
• You must be the person registering the account. Accounts registered on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not have a previous rr888 account that was suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.

rr888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued on an account later found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on rr888. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual — whether by device, payment method, IP address or identity documentation — rr888 reserves the right to close all but one account and to review any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your identity documentation.
• A valid mobile number that you have access to and control over.
• A valid email address (where required).
• Your date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. rr888 will never ask for your password via support channels. Do not share your login details with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account details including registered name, date of birth and identity information cannot be changed after registration without submitting a formal verification request to the support team. rr888 is not obligated to process requests that cannot be supported by acceptable identity documentation.

4Deposits and Payments

rr888 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to and is in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard.
• Deposits are generally credited to your balance promptly upon successful processing. Delays caused by payment providers or banking infrastructure are outside rr888's control.
• rr888 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account balance and used in gameplay.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from rr888 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Withdrawals are paid in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer depending on your registered payment method.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are detailed on the Withdrawal page.
• Standard account holders receive normal processing queue times. VIP members from Silver tier and above benefit from progressively faster processing, with Diamond members receiving same-day processing as standard.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account identity must be verified. This is a one-time process. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held pending.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the request is approved.
• rr888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts above standard thresholds, as part of anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance.
• Withdrawal requests found to involve suspicious patterns, unusual betting behaviour or potential policy violations may be delayed pending investigation.

6Bonuses and Promotions

rr888 offers bonuses and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been met in full.

7Sports Betting Rules

rr888 offers Sports Betting markets covering Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and domestic Pakistan fixtures), Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rr888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play for settlement purposes, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Live betting (in-play) markets carry additional terms. Bets placed after an event has materially changed — such as after a wicket has fallen in a cricket match but before the odds have updated — may be voided at rr888's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits vary and are enforced at the platform level.
• rr888 reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet from any player without providing a reason.
• Any bet placed using information that constitutes inside knowledge or match-fixing intelligence will be voided and the account reviewed for suspension.
• PSL and international cricket markets follow specific settlement rules aligned with the official tournament and match results as determined by the relevant governing body.

8Casino and Games

The rr888 Casino section includes Casino Slots, Live Casino (Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and others), Fish Games and standard table game titles. The following rules apply:

• All Casino games on rr888 are provided by third-party game studios and software providers. The outcomes of these games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, by live dealer results. rr888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Any technical malfunction during a game session that cannot be reconstructed from game logs may result in the bet for that round being voided and the stake returned.

9VIP Programme

The rr888 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP Points are earned automatically on all real-money bets placed across Sports Betting and Casino products. Points do not expire. Tier progression is automatic when the required Points threshold for the next tier is reached.

• VIP benefits including faster withdrawal processing, cashback rates, higher daily withdrawal limits and access to a personal account manager are applied at the tier level active on the account at the time of the relevant activity.
• VIP Points earned on bonus funds or free bets do not count towards tier progression. Only real-money wagers contribute.
• rr888 reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits, Points earning rates and tier thresholds. Any material changes will be communicated to affected players in advance where reasonably practicable.
• Accounts found to have violated these Terms — including multi-accounting or bonus abuse — will have their VIP status reviewed and may have Points and tier standing adjusted or removed.
• The personal account manager service available at Platinum and Diamond tier is subject to availability. rr888 will make reasonable efforts to maintain this service but does not guarantee response times beyond those published in the VIP programme description.

10Responsible Gaming

• Evidence of duplicate accounts or collusion with other players.
• Suspicious betting patterns, arbitrage activity or suspected exploitation of platform errors.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Account activity that triggers anti-money-laundering review protocols.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any funds held in the balance will be retained pending the outcome of the review. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be released for withdrawal via the registered payment method. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. 13Limitation of Liability

rr888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify players via the platform or registered contact details in advance of the changes taking effect.

Continued use of rr888 after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any eligible balance withdrawal.
